Packaging does confirm use of Nitrile Butadiene RUBBER as component. These gloves are not meant to be ingested. FDA monitors nitrosamine content in food. M or L size for typical hands with 3.5'' palm width. Please note that M may have a snug fit while L may have a slightly loose fit in your case. Depending on which type of fit you prefer, you can choose accordingly. To be safe we'd recommend going one size up (that is L).

Do you have any extended cuff, nitrile (but latex free) versions that DO have powder? Or, do people powder their hands when switching out gloves?

I'm not the vendor so not sure about the extended cuff but I don't find a need to powder my hands when using these gloves.
