The instructions need to be just a little more clearer as it is a bit tricky to set up. However the support from the company was second to none. A big shout out to Stuart Palmer who went above and beyond by replying to numerous emails at each stage and at varying hours of the day. Thank you Stuart. The product is great and now set up correctly works a treat. I would definitely recommend it to others

I bought this exact thermostat a good 12 years ago and it’s only just stopped working so I’ve ordered the same again. 100% recommend this product, can be a little tricky to set up but works great and is very reliable!

Settings are lost in a power cut

Two blown basking lamp bulbs in the past 4 months. Did some research and bought this thermostat.Comes with two power feeds ; 1 x linked to a thermostatic sensor to regulate power to a basking lamp. It's a gradual switch as well, which means the lamp is not switched off and on again ; rather it's dipped (like a dimmer) ; which seems to help increase the lifespan of the bulb.Other feed is linked to a daylight bulb. Both feeds have day and night settings. The visual display is always on, with a backlight that times out. I can move the tortoise outdoors on a sunny day and turn off power, and the unit remembers the settings when you power it back on again. So my electricity costs have also gone down.Very happy with this.

Absolutly fantastic! Arrived early the expected too. Does exactly what I need it to do. Works on all bulbs and day and night feature is great would highly recommend so pleased with it and I couldn't believe the brilliant price! Considering other makes are just if not more expensive for the same thing. Well worth every penny my geko has been more active and has a better appetite and loves it thank you
