Very good product. I have been able to remove Hard water deposits on water taps and Glass Partition in the Bathroom. Earlier I had tried many products with out any success but this is excellent.

This is a complete waste of money i certainly does not remove scale from anything. used it as per instructions...NO RESULT. used it without diluting and it is the same. left it to soak overnight still no result. A COMPLETE FRAUD.

It works. Just need a bit of patience with old stains.

This product is ineffective in removing hard water stains due to its excessive dilution. It is not worth the cost.

Have ordered this again. Would love to stick to this product to keep my toilets clean and hygienic. Performed as per expectations. Worth buying.

It is not effective in the recommended dilution. It requires a much higher concentration (lesser dilution). There are much better products available in the market for a slightly higher price, advantage being that you need to use lesser amount for the same effectiveness (shine/ descaling). Overall, not value for its money a slightly inferior product.

I tried this concentrate with a hope that it would removing the hard water scaling however it does not work even 5% in removing hard water stains or scaling. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
