I was slightly concerned on arrival that it would be too old for my niece (although her reading age is very advanced) but she was thrilled with the present and is already absorbing and repeating many of the interesting facts. I intended this to be a book that she dips in and out of rather than reads from cover to cover and this is indeed perfect for this type of reading. Each page is absolutely packed with relevant facts and pictures and I am sure that she will be reading this on and off for the next 5 years at least. Really happy with my choice and my niece was thrilled. Great value for money I think. (One point to note maybe is that it is a very big and heavy book. Great present for an inquisitive child
I bought this book for my niece's 7th birthday. I was slightly concerned on arrival that it would be too old for my niece (although her reading age is very advanced) but she was thrilled with the present and is already absorbing and repeating many of the interesting facts. I intended this to be a book that she dips in and out of rather than reads from cover to cover and this is indeed perfect for this type of reading. Each page is absolutely packed with relevant facts and pictures and I am sure that she will be reading this on and off for the next 5 years at least. Really happy with my choice and my niece was thrilled. Great value for money I think. (One point to note maybe is that it is a very big and heavy book. Nice big book of facts
So many facts. So many interesting topics. I bought it for my lil one but myself get hooked to it. Yes some facts are based on American stats but still it's a good book to keep your child busy, especially when I got a used one for cheap. The quality was still top class

5000 Awesome facts book
Brought this for my daughter - she loves to find out things and this is a great book to learn different facts and kids find it interesting

Think the seller should bubble wrap. Arrived ripped
This present for my 9 year old grandson arrived in a stard cardboard Amazon envelope and because the edges of the envelope weren't fully closed, the glue did not reach those corners, the book arrived with rips in it's corners and the top of the spine had a big rip. The book is heavy. We know parcels get chucked around so I think the seller should be wrapping this book in bubble wrap before putting in a bigger envelope or better still bubble wrap and put it in a small box. The book itself is great and my grandson loved reading the facts to us all but he was disappointed that it was ripped. Not a good start. Please seller, specify that its packed better to save more disappointed present receivers.

Excellent presentation, the kid loves it
Great when a plan works! Bought for a noisy child who now does a 1 hour, car journey with endless "did you know that..." comments. He loves it... Parents not so much because of the "hey, did you..." (parents) "STOP TALKING!!!) only jesting, its a fantastic book for young enquring minds. Full of fascinating info and very well presented

5000 datos interesantes
Estoy muy contenta con la compra, por el precio me parece genial porque son 5000 datos, (5000!), entonces tiene muchísimos datos nuevos que aún no sabemos! No solo para los niños, sirve para los adultos tambien por supuesto. Lo recomiendo a todos quienes tienen el interés de aprender y saber de cosas del mundo, de temas diferentes.

One of the nicest book I saw recently. Glossy paper, beautifully edited and photos are fantastic. Very interesting reading.
