My husband and I use this collagen. Since we're both seniors, this works well to thicken our skin. Before, we had thin, crape like skin, that bruised and broke easily. We start losing our collagen in our 30's, so get ahead of the game. Only use bovine collagen. This is a good brand...Calorad !!

I've used this product before and I love it. Those who complain about it not working are probably not taking it on an empty stomach. Also those with o negative blood might take a bit longer. I have that but If I take it when I get up in the midle of the night it works great.
