This is a terrific product easy to wrap around your knee because of all the little pearls and stays cold for at least 20 mins. Amazingly fast delivery the next day, which I was very grateful for! Good thick Velcro strap keeps it in position securely. Well-made and nicely finished off, a quality ice-pack that does not cut into your skin anywhere. I like it so much that I bought another one plus a wrist one, they are so well-designed, easy and quick to apply.

Super useful for husband who is recovering from knee surgery (ACL reconstruction and osteotomy). We did have to supplement with a bag of peas though so would recommend flat packs if unable to wrap around the knee during initial recovery, as they will work out cheaper! Great once swelling goes down and can wrap around the knee though and the gel system was great as it was able to be re-frozen so excellent value.

These are very good, as they stay on my arthritic kneed to reduce swelling. They are flexible enough to wrap round knee comfortably, and will stay in place *while I am lying down.* I am supposed to lie with my leg as straight as possible and leg raised a bit. I wish they were slightly larger in one side, as if centred on my knee, they don't completely cover the swelling below my knee. But I can adjust by moving the pad down a bit. My physiotherapist says the *whole* knee should be covered by the cool pad. There is a hole in the centre of these pads, presumably to help fit and allow for movement - so I put a second, smaller, different shape pad over the exposed part of the knee. I find it worth the effort as these pads stay in place well while I am lying down, and allow for some movement if needed. They are comfortable and not too heavy. Have even gone to sleep wearing one. Have bought some more. I keep the spared in my fridge till needed. You can put in freezer, but from fridge, they don't need to be wrapped in a towel, so that works best.

Good quality product. Fast to cool down. Much more convenient than other similar products as you can wear it whilst standing or walking around due to the velcro strap. Has worked wonders on my fathers knee. I use the similar product by the same brand on my shins.

I love this knee wrap, I’ve had one before and eventually it developed lots of leaks, I superglued it a lot but it got past the point of no return so I had to order a new one plus a spare. I keep them in the freezer as they're not quite cold enough from the fridge. Work so well. I’ve also used them for a sore back etc and leant against them. The gel capsules inside are also very therapeutic to push around when the pack is on you!

The Therapeutic Knee Wrap is absolutely ace. I cannot express how much this chastised in after having had a complete and total knee replacement. The Physiotherapy Dept at my local hospital suggested cold compresses and I researched this item well prior to purchasing it. After 13 weeks I am walking incredibly well and this recovery was aided with using this wrap after exercise.A big thank you. I would recommend this to anyone. In fact I informed my surgeon as well!!

This has been great for use with my sprained knee, really good at reducing the swelling when I use it. I haven't used it hot, but it mould so effortlessly. I've even used it on my back as the area is so large, although you do notice the hole there. I would recommend this for anyone who regularly has knee pain, or has suffered a trauma to their knee..

This is a great product which is reasonably priced. I bought this for my Mum and it helped to reduce the pain and inflammation both pre and post surgery (full knee replacement). She is now using it for a swollen and painful ankle and enjoys the relief this brings. The size is good, easily covering the entire knee and the elastic strap is plenty long enough and should accommodate most sizes. I would have given it 5 stars but this is third wrap I've purchased in just under 2 years. The first two both split and leaked small, sticky, blue balls around the house, but this was after regular use, so it appears structural failure is inevitable.

Bought it for my mom. She loves it. Stays. In place and she finds it therapeutic

Très bon produit et efficace pour avoir du froid sur son genou et se déplacer tout de même. Il prend bien tout le genou et est agréable à porter.
