These look perfect . Nice & heavy, so don't fall over like some when you lift of one tool. Solid iron. Well worth the money.

It’s pretty sturdy, with our old one if you moved it everything fell off, this one is great- the other bits don’t fall off when you take one off. The tongs are great for putting in bits of wood when the fires hot

I’d give this solid four stars. Item is as pictured. Well made easy to assemble 2-3 minutes. Works in with a smaller stove or fireplace. If you have a larger hearth or stove this will be too small. Just be aware of the scale of the set. Otherwise good value.

I am perfectly pleased with this set, it's good quality and just what I wanted. I'm writing this review though to praise the supplier for their excellent customer service. The set arrived missing one small but essential washer to put the stand together. I contacted them and within a few hours they had posted not one, but two of the missing component to me and were extremely helpful and pleasant.

Lovely sturdy good looking fire set but it needs a washer to stop the top wobbling. I contacted the very unhelpful company requesting just a washer. I was asked for proof of purchase - Invoice number etc., just for a washer !!! I was expecting “ of course we can send you a black washer we will pop one in the post for you “ reply 5 stars for fire set. 0 star for unhelpful staff.

I had looked at similar fireside companion sets in my local stove shop. These all were in excess of twice the price of this one so quite frankly I wasn't holding out much hope regarding matching the quality, needless to say I am very pleasantly surprised. This one is much heavier than I expected, very easy to assemble and looks wonderful along side my multi fuel stove. Would highly recommend.

Ok for price, but find the handles work loose fairly easily. If this happened whilst the tool was in the stove, you could quite easily find yourself in a rather sticky situation. Just a word of caution, tighten them up from time to time. Also, some of the tool heads don't line up with the handle direction which can make using these a little difficult at times.

Good quality, sturdy, well made, a bit of rust on one of the handles, hence 4 stars instead of 5.

Pros: The price is very reasonable for what you are getting. The majority of the parts are cast iron of some sort with the exception being the rods and the upper hanger piece which is injection molded metal. I take a star as it was missing one of the nuts. Its not really required as the base is threaded but it was supposed to be there. The brush leaves also something to be desired but for the price it is functional.
