Three sets of different balls.1st one is the single smooth ball, it's solid built and is great for getting little knots out of my shoulders and lower down on my back.2nd ball is the double linked one, I don't really know of a use for this and its basically the same composition as the first ball but I'm sure there's a job for it.3rd ball I find very good for getting a deep itch out of my body, mainly find it's very good for releasing tension on your feet.I would recommend this for all adults of any age.The product is high quality and very robust, it comes in a box when delivered and also has a nice bag to hold them all comfortably in.I looked at loads of sets which were a lot more then this and found they gave less, and were all about the brand.I paid £13.06 for this product.

Really impressed with the quality of this product. I have been using the small lacrosse ball on my upper back (traps) almost every day and it really does the trick. Got rid of most of the knots and feels much looser. I am a personal trainer and I definitely will start using this kit with my clients. Recommend it.

Perfect for a troublesome back

Been very useful so far, I bought this specifically to help loosen up my chest to help my overhead position. The peanut has been useful for my back but haven’t used he spiky ball yet. All in all very good quality and the bag is very handy.

I absolutely love this kit. It's basic but yet very effective. Ive seen a lot of videos on YouTube about self myofascial release and massage and tried to follow advice and technique. you can do a lot with this kit to help yourself. You just have to find the sore spots. I just used to use tennis balls until I found this. This stuff is firmer though so you have to be careful and just relax and sink into it.Things I use it for..The spiky ball I've just on my quads and calves. Arms and chest.The peanut thing, I've used in my back. Making sure the spine is in the middle of it. Also on my shins to the bone is in-between.The single ball is my fave. I find sores spots on my lower back and just lie in it and relax until it feels better. Roll your feet on it too. Use it on any part.The pic may look like the planets aligned but the tennis and golf balls are there for comparison!

The rubberized texture of the lacrosse massage balls makes them quite sticky so expect them to pick up a lot of dust and dirt, as well as catch on your hairs.I bought these, with the intent of mainly using the peanut shaped massage ball for self-myofascial release of my forearm at work.

Arrived within the promised timescale. Only used for a limited period but, appears good quality and very good value for money.

Products seem well made and robust for the job but since purchase I haven’t been able to use them due to illness. These were bought on the recommendation of an exercise video for cycling and on that video they seemed to be a useful tool especially the peanut ball.

The most important thing about this massage set, I believe, is that the materials are very dense. The fascia and duo ball seems to be made from dense rubber (like a lacrosse ball). While the hedgehog ball (orange) is made of a very dense plastic. For myself, this is perfect because the items won't compress under weight like most of the so called "high density" foam balls do.When I roll my muscles and aches, I don't want the item to squish (compress) under my foot, back, arm, hand etc. I don't like when I have to forcefully apply pressure to a device to get the desired effect. Which makes the Via Fortis set perfect for me. I do not have to apply much force to these items to get use out of them.I have used and seen many different products, as I work out very hard, 5 days a week (weights and calisthenics) and the "high density" foams are always garbage. I highly recommend this product because it is definitely worth the money. Brilliant job by Via Fortis truly.

Estoy super contenta con este producto. Tengo muchas problemas con la espalda, si alguien me da un masaje y no lo hace correctamente se me va la espalda, soy muy sensible. Pues mira, sin instrucciones y sin nada pongo la pelota contra la pared y me automasajeo y genial, funciona de maravilla y es super sensillo y barato!! Me voy a ahorrar un monton de pasata en fisios. Intente coger cita con el fisio otra vez esta semana y sin suerte...otra vez, y me acabo de arreglar con la pelota. Me gustan las 3 pelotas, pero mi favorita es el individual, el de pinchos es una pasada, veo que muchos se quejan de ella por ser dolorosa pero vaya, para mi me encanta, lo que pasa es que pela la pared con los pinchos pero lo intentare en el suelo, me encanta y llega a donde tiene que llegar con los pinchos, el doble tambien es genial para hacer la espalda. Vamos, me encantan los 3. Llego bien y vendedor bueno. Una maravilla!

Oramai lo uso da parecchio tempo e devo dire che dolori e fastidietti tendono a migliorare tantissimo. Inizialmente ho utilizzato moltissimo la palla liscia, che fa ottimamente il suo dovere se applicate la giusta pressione... Dopo mesi pero' ho imparato ad apprezzare il riccio che oramai rappresenta un alleato indispensabile per schiena e fianchi. Principalnmente per mia inesperienza non ho mai utilizzato le due palline, ma posso dire che mi sembrano comunque resistenti e pratici come gli altri due attrezzi! Per quanti dovessero accostarsi alla pratica consiglio fortemente un'attenta lettura al "manuale della terapia dei Trigger point" di Clair Davies che rappresenta un'ottima ed esaustiva base di partenza sull'automassaggio! Buon acquisto...

Great product, arrived quickly and the quality is very high - especially for the price. I use the spiked balle for plantar fascia and it has brought great relief to my foot and made walking much easier. The double balle is a great way of ironing out the kinks in my spine.Excellent produit, arrivé rapidement et la qualité est très élevée - surtout pour le prix. J'utilise la balle à pointes pour le fascia plantaire et cela a apporté un grand soulagement à mon pied et m'a beaucoup facilité la marche. La double balle est un excellent moyen de repasser les plis dans ma colonne vertébrale.

Hi, ich habe mir dieses Set bestellt, weil ich eine OP hatte und jetzt damit viel Trainiere und übe! Der Preis ist sehr gut, weil ich mich zuerst bei einem Sporthändler umgesehen habe und da hätte ich für die kleine Faszienrolle alleine den Preis bezahlt, den ich bei ViA Fortis für dieses Set bezahlt habe. Ich kann mit der kleinen Faszienrolle meine Muskulatur an den Lendenwirbel massieren, mit dem Ball die Schulterpartie und mit dem Noppenball massiere ich meine Narbe! Ich bin mit dem Set sehr zufrieden, es kam sehr schnell und vor allem es ist ein kleines Aufbewahrungssackerl auch dabei, sodass man nicht alles einzeln rumliegen hat sondern schön beisammen! Sehr gut durchdacht!. Der Noppenball ist für meinen Geschmack ein bisschen hart, also den hätte ich mir etwas weicher vorgestellt, aber man gewöhnt sich und wahrscheinlich ist es eh auch besser so, wenn er fester ist. Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit dem Produkt und auch der prompten Lieferung und vor allem auch mit dem Preis und dem netten Service der Fa. VIA Fortis! Macht weiter so, ich würde auf alle Fälle wieder was bei euch bestellen!! GlG. Manu
