Will this device support Link Aggregation (LACP)?

I am going to answer this three year old question, in case anyone else has it. The short answer is no. This adapter does not support LACP, or link aggregation. The ability to "turn on" LACP is done at the os level, but the hardware still needs to support 802.3ad. This one does not have that hardware ability. I tried, and only later found it did not support it.

Will this work on an Android Tablet with one micro usb port?

Yes but you'll be limited to 1.0 speed

can i use this to plug in desktop and use 2nd ethernet port for ps4 console alongside pc ethernet ports?

That would take some time to configure. This is just a nic and that would require you to setup routing on your pc to route between the PS and your network through your pc.
