All in all, very pleased with the purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good thermostat, tricky to setup wifi *by J***E on 20 October 2020* Installation on to the boiler was no problem as it was a direct replacement for the existing thermostat. The facilities are good and looking forward to making the most of them. Setting the unit up for WIFI took many attempts, making sure that 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz WIFI was named different, making sure it connected to the 2.4Ghz with mobile data switched off. After a few days I discovered that the thermostat needs a maximum data rate of 54Mb/s. and once I configured my router for that it connected straight away. Hope this helps frustrated users as I was. Now works on the phone Honeywell Home app and also with Alexa.
