How do you make this so that its completely smooth and has no small lumps?

After making it use a seive to feed it through use a spoon to push it down. Do that with every powder based foods obz don't use milk when making food just water

No. This an infant cereal which contains milk. As it says on the description.

I some times see black brown particles whenever i make use it. some aren't dark brown big particles .is this normal? is it a part of the husk .
