Dissolves easily with a spoon and tastes good. Unfortunately most protein has doubled in price over the last 5 years. I usually purchase the 3.9 lb conversion but yesterday that price increased from $45 to $60. Still this is a great fairly cost effective protein.

this is a 'big momma' of protein powder shakes. I love the fact that it is in a huge container like this, and will last us a long while. dissolves and mixes easily, has a classic vanilla taste.

The added immune support from vitamins C & D and zinc is a nice bonus. However, this product isn't a great long-term solution. While it's great for short-term use, the high cholesterol content can be a concern for sustained use. If you're on a budget, this is a great protein to start with, but I'd recommend eventually looking for a higher-quality protein, such as Optimum Nutrition (ON), that may have lower cholesterol.

No matter what flavor I get I just can never enjoy it enough. Vanilla chocolate peanut butter cookies and cream, it all leaves me bracing myself a bit before drinking some. The taste is OK, but it's not something I welcome with open arms taste aside, it is still a really good way to reaching your protein dailies. Easy to scoop easy to mix Chucky within a minute and you're good to go. When it comes to easy to consume protein I go with this any day.

Good flavor compared to other brands. Doesn't have unnecessary ingredients. Easy to digest and keeps you full.

3 stars because the vanilla taste awful and it's very sandy, but for value , it gets the job done.
