Is this a genuine product? the writing is a little off, it was sealed with cellotape and it’s got the same barcode as my last one :/

Oh and…. The first IMAGE of the product is VERY Blurred! I wonder if AMAZON have STRICT laws/rules that have to be reached and adhered to prior to being able to sell a product? First time I’ve seen someone ask why something is cheap! To answer is to say “why not sell it cheap” good on L’Oréal for making something affordable. I use this every day with no problems and it lasts for ages.

when should i use this? before or after make up application?

I use after cleansing my makeup off, to tone and tighten pores and it removes final traces of cleanser. Some people use this toner in the morning also before they apply moisturiser and then put makeup on.
