I could not believe how strongly the screw is held, rock solid. It makes inserting screws into difficult places easy. Like others, I found removing the sleeve difficult- not too bad, but it needs a firm grip. Not certain why it needs to be so stiff. I found the description confusing- it says 3 x PZ2 and sleeve, it is actually 2 x PZ2 and sleeve.
