What are the measurements in feet anf inch instead of volume

Hi the trolley box measures 20.5" wide and 37" long but you have to add another 6" in length for the steering arm. Hope this is useful.

I want the kids to be able to play in this pulling each other round the garden etc...would that work?

Should be ok, it is fairly stable, and the tip up mechanism is held in place with a spring loaded bar. Depends of course on the size of your kids.

Are thier beirings in the wheels

No. But they are fine. Maybe in time a spot of grease will be required

can it be towed by a garden tractor?

If you know someone that could modify the handle, or make a new handle (only one bolt keeping it on) with a towing eye, then I see no reason why it could not be towed. But then will the guarantee still be valid??
