Wouldn’t be without them
Always put one in my cycling water bottle. Wouldn’t be without them. Love the taste, and seems to help with hydration (and hangovers!!)

Use by date awareness …
Better value for 8 packs, but disappointed that 11 month best before date, so consider usage based on this. I like the lemon flavour disguising plastic water taste as well as the electrolyte benefit. Also not over sweet taste :)

Quite expensive but they do work well and taste great too. No digestive/gut issues with them.

Good but annoying
Take a ridiculous time to dissolve compared to others (10 mins)! But once there they are great flavoured and do their job well. Because of the dissolve time I will probably buy others in future?

Excellent product, highly recommended
Excellent product. I started using these to combat cramp after working hard in the garden, or other exercise, and they were very helpful to me. My wife was also then recommended to use electrolytes for a health condition, and she takes these daily - mostly only half a tablet a day. They work, are very pleasant to the taste when just mixed with water, although we mostly use them with squash drink or cranberry juice. This pack was good value.

The lemon ones don’t dissolve well. Berry is much better.
Great rehydration and electrolytes I had atrial fibrillation on and off, the cardiologist said to cut out caffeine and stay better hydrated, i have been having one of these every day in a pint of water, haven’t had any AF since!

Lemon hydration
Great for hydration before and after a good workout/run. Taste is good and not too strong which makes it perfect.

Bon goût, hydratation top
Le goût est agréable, bien loin de ces boissons chimiques qu’on trouve parfois sur le marché. C’est frais, naturel et vraiment agréable à boire, même après une séance intense. Côté hydratation, c’est parfait. Après avoir testé, je me sens vraiment plus réhydraté et moins fatigué. Idéal pour les sportifs ou même pour ceux qui cherchent juste à bien s'hydrater au quotidien. Un excellent produit, je recommande !
