I’ve been using MyProtein’s creatine for around two years now, and it’s become a staple in my supplement routine. Creatine is one of the few supplements that’s consistently backed by studies, so it’s important to choose a reliable source. MyProtein is a brand I trust, and their creatine has always been solid quality. The product mixes well, provides good value for money, and I’ve had no issues with results. One thing to keep in mind is clumping, this happens once the tub has been open for a while. It’s not unique to MyProtein; it’s just something that happens with creatine powder in general. For that reason, I’d recommend buying the larger size only if you’re sharing with someone else or go through it quickly. Overall, a dependable, good-value creatine, I have event got my mother and father to start taking it!

Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed: Increased strength profile Feeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestyler Visible muscle growth More in the tank than usual (including in the sack!) Better recovery efficiency I've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. It's pretty awesome stuff. I'm very impressed. Found the bad seal a bit insipid but it does reseal with a bit of pressure.

Good creatine powder. Comes with a scoop so it is easy to measure and lasts a while. I have mainly used this mixed into shakes and had no issues, I cannot taste it in there and it does not change the texture of the shake. I have not had any side effects and as previously stated it is easy to blend or mix into a shake. Good amount of powder so good value for money.

It appears to have 10% impact on my strength and endurance. Could be a placebo effect? Not sure, because I sometimes simply forget to take it for a few days, than can't finish my sets/reps wondering why, and boom! I forgot about creatine again... It mixes well in orange juice at room temperature.

A staple gym product. I put this in my oats or Greek yogurt every morning

About 30 % increase in strength. Will make you look fat due to water retention. But if you are one who is lean and want to improve on your strength go ahead and use it

Nice quality. I’ve done some blood exams after 30 days use and my doctor told me my level was high. So it works perfectly. It’s advisable to eat with something more solid and not liquid for better absorption.

This product is amazing! Easy to dissolve, it has no flavour and awesome result with in a month. It come along with 2.5gm scoop which is best way to track your daily dosage. The only thing disaapointed was that it arrived late but amazon refund my money and i kept as free. But product is amazing 100% recommended!
