Reliable Creatine from a Trusted Brand
I’ve been using MyProtein’s creatine for around two years now, and it’s become a staple in my supplement routine. Creatine is one of the few supplements that’s consistently backed by studies, so it’s important to choose a reliable source. MyProtein is a brand I trust, and their creatine has always been solid quality. The product mixes well, provides good value for money, and I’ve had no issues with results. One thing to keep in mind is clumping, this happens once the tub has been open for a while. It’s not unique to MyProtein; it’s just something that happens with creatine powder in general. For that reason, I’d recommend buying the larger size only if you’re sharing with someone else or go through it quickly. Overall, a dependable, good-value creatine, I have event got my mother and father to start taking it!

Does what it says on the tin and then some!
Not really one for writing reviews but felt compelled to after taking this stuff. Fist of all, i'd been sceptical after hearing reports about it's now debunked link to hair loss in men. I didn't do the loading as often recommended to start with. Just 5 grams a day in my smoothie or herbal tea. Dissolves easily leaving no residue and very neutral taste-wise. I felt it within the first 30mins of taking it in all of the muscles that I'd focused on in my most recent workout. Been on it 10 days and I've noticed: Increased strength profile Feeling more satiated in general for longer, especially as an 'alkaline vegan' lifestyler Visible muscle growth More in the tank than usual (including in the sack!) Better recovery efficiency I've only trained twice in this period and not hard as i'm currently nursing an injury. It's pretty awesome stuff. I'm very impressed. Found the bad seal a bit insipid but it does reseal with a bit of pressure.

Great Stuff
Good value for money - no weird taste etc. Has a scoop included so great for portion control

Good quality and value.
Good quality, and good price. Totally neutral flavour - mixes easily, I add it to my protein shake before a workout. But...the bag is frustratingly fiddly - it doesn't reseal properly so I had to buy ziplock sandwich bags to keep it in. It's still fiddly and messy trying to scoop out of the bag. If they put it in a small tub this would be 5 stars and I'd buy it over any other brands all the time, even if it was a quid or two more expensive to cover the cost of the tub (let's face it, mass produced plastic tubs would cost the manufacturer a fraction of a penny each - they could add as little as 10p to the price here, and still increase their profit margin).

have 10% impact on my strength
It appears to have 10% impact on my strength and endurance. Could be a placebo effect? Not sure, because I sometimes simply forget to take it for a few days, than can't finish my sets/reps wondering why, and boom! I forgot about creatine again... It mixes well in orange juice at room temperature.

Great value supplement
Mixes well in water, no flavour, and helps with strength training. Bag reseals properly. Only gripe is the scoop is tiny and easy to lose.

Creatine for when you want to lift more than just your spirits!
So, I bought this MyProtein Creatine Monohydrate Powder, and let me tell you, it's like someone switched the "on" button for my muscles. I started using it, and suddenly, lifting my weights felt like lifting... well, not a feather, but definitely less of a brick. The powder is unflavoured, which is perfect because who wants their post-workout shake tasting like a chemistry experiment? It mixes in smoothly, which is great because the last thing I need after a tough workout is to be wrestling with lumps in my drink. Honestly, I’ve noticed a difference—I'm lifting heavier, pushing harder, and my muscles feel like they've been on a proper power-up spree. If you want to go from “I can’t” to “I’m smashing it” in the gym, this is the stuff. It’s like turning yourself into a superhero... without the cape (though I might add one for dramatic effect). Highly recommend if you want to make those dumbbells feel like they’re made of air. Just don’t expect to actually fly.
