Can I use this for a 4 month old puppy ?

I phoned my vet and yes it is safe to use at 4 months old. I also have the same make of arm and hammer for putting in there water daily its also very good.

how long does a bottle typically last?

I used a couple of small squirts every other day and bottle lasted for just on 3 months.Hope this helps I'm now using toothpaste again.
