Because it’s unflavoured, it mixes well with protein shakes or water and doesn’t really affect the taste much. That said, on its own it’s pretty bland (as expected), so most people will prefer adding it to something. In terms of performance, it’s solid for recovery support and general supplementation, especially if you train regularly. It’s not a miracle product, but it does its job as part of a balanced routine. The only downside is the small 100g size — you’ll go through it fairly quickly if you’re using it daily. But on the plus side, it’s usually quite affordable, so it’s a good entry-level option. I think this L Glutamine has been fantastic at soothing my gut and healing the gut lining. I take 5g a day with water at times when I feel like my gut needs a little help (acid reflux and general indigestion). Although not as convenient as capsules, I prefer this powder to tablet form, otherwise I would have to take so many capsules in order to reach 5g of product. There doesn't seem to be a singular tablet on the market which has this dosage. I would say the taste is a little odd with water alone but not a big deal - I bought the unflavoured one for health reasons. Reasonable prices and great product!

Great product works well, I bought this as a recommendation from a friend after telling him that after a hard session at the gym I ached for days causing limiting my days at the gym and all the hard work going to waste, he recommended this product and what can I say besides wow I took this one scoop every day with a protein shake and I didn’t ache at all I was doing 3 hour sessions days at a time and didn’t ache at all absolutely brilliant and the bonus is it doesent have a taste so I could mix it with a shake and couldn’t tell it was In there

Having used Bulk Powders' products for the first time I was curious to know how, based on some of the reviews, they could mess up a product like Glutamine. In one review I read it was mentioned that the product had a 'chemical taste' to it and in another, that it didn't mix well. In both of these instances I can say that this product tastes no different to any other unflavoured Glutamine product I've ever tried before and it mixes just as well. The fact is Bulk Powders' raw, unflavoured Glutamine product is identical to pretty much all of its competitors. It's just priced more competitively which I feel is what a buyer should look out for. Much like how Creatine Monohydrate is marketed by the more well known manufacturers of the sports supplements industry, the raw product is the same regardless of who's label is on the bag. This is the same for Glutamine too. The only difference is in the price you pay as the consumer. No fancy gimmicks or marketing will ever change that fact, unless there is some other ingredients being added by a brand and calling it their own unique formula. Overall I am happy with this product and would definitely buy it again. The only thing I would add is that i suspect this product is purchased in bulk (no pun intended) by Bulk Powders from the same manufacturer as most other resellers. It's just a case of who is charging the least for the same quantity.

No flavour so can’t write about that but mixed well and is good value for money. Only issue is the scoop you get with it just gets powder everywhere as the handle bit has a ridge in the back which collects it and deposits it all over the kitchen top… not a massive issue just annoying

Gutes Produkt in bester Qualität! Werde ich definitiv wieder bestellen. Allerdings ist es nicht wirklich geschmacksneutral. Man muss sich erst daran gewöhnen, da es wirklich seltsam schmeckt.

Lo compré para prepararme para una maratón y me ha ido bien. Es glutamina pura, sin sabor (más saludable) y se disuelve fácilmente en un vaso de agua. Lo he usado durante semanas de carga intensa para mejorar la recuperación muscular. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Réel changement sur le ballonnement. Le paquet est fournie avec une dosette de 1g il y en a pour assez longtemps j’imagine. Niveau goût il n’en a pas ce qui est parfait car je ne supporte pas les goût type protéine en poudre

Fácil de tomar, a penas tiene sabor, me sienta bien y personalmente noto una gran recuperación sobretodo noto menos agujetas.
