Brilliant protein- good taste & effect

Easy to take , good value , not a gym goer and only a casual exerciser but have a physical job and this seems to help with the heavy lifting i do , will order again once done i think as has not upset me at all

This creatine powder is mostly great — it mixes easily into water or smoothies and tastes neutral. I’ve noticed better endurance and faster recovery since using it. The only downside is that it doesn’t always dissolve fully, leaving a bit of grit at the bottom sometimes. Not a dealbreaker for me, but worth mentioning.

No expert it's the first time taking it and the only one I've tried so far. Simple to take either in a glass of water or mixed with an after training protein drink. Mixes easy and no taste, I didn't go the saturation route so only just kicking in but definitely starting to make a difference in the gym

Not the best, it doesn't dissolve in the water.
