Yes this stuff is natural and has a weird taste in water. However, you could add it to smoothies and soups or curry. Fine powder, but even mixing in water for ages it cloys and doesn't fully dissolve, but that is the nature of the stuff. I take a spoon in morning when I need a protein boost. Its pretty horrible on its own in water. Good sized bag, seems to work well.
