Initially I had wanted to order a L. I've had the trainer for a week now and I like the product, however I don't think I will get much more use out of it as it is a little too big. If I were to make it any tighter the velcro would not stick. Should not have read the views I would have been better off with the L and its unlikely I would be able to exchange it now.About the actual product, I really like it. I like the support it offers at the back and it is quite comfortable.
