And it gives it a nice even straightening. It comes with a heat protecting glove and some hair clips for piecing out sections. So for truly straightening your hair it is quick and easy to do. I also find that the straightener gets close to the scalp without burning! Yay! No Burns to the ears or scalp or face. It is a little bulky and heavy, so I don't travel with it.
