I purchased this in Jan of 2023 with some Christmas money and I just used this three weeks ago for the first time. After the second use the thermometer has cooking oil inside the glass gauge. How this got in there I have no idea. Also the thermometer is not very accurate. Secondly the red protective coating on the handles are not so protective. One burnt and was smoking from the heat of the pot. The pots both have small dents in them on the bottom as well.I would stay clear of this one.

Purchased this for my fiance for Fathers Day and he loves it! We accidentally broke the igniter button somehow, but customer service was fantastic and replaced the part for us! Now we are able to use it all the time!
