HELP!!! I purchased this item and cant seem to get it going on my Vauxhall zafira 2008. I plugged it in and lights up so think the obd is working. think its the software I installed everything on the disc but saying not connected. Is they an easier way for the software to be downloaded / do I need to download all the files on the disc?? I'm on windows 10 on laptop. my laptop picks the obd up thanks about , think its just a small teathing problem.sorry about the review I will adjust rating once set up & running I cant see the click box on amazon where it say contact supplier or I would of done that. Any advise welcome. thanks inadvance

Was really useful to diagnose my broken glowplugs. Its a shame cars need these things now adays but there it is, and be thankful that you can actually buy this and do it yourself.The app I used was ok to use, if a bit clunky. it has lots of bells and whistles but once I did my diagnostics I deleted it and removed this device. its now in my toolbox as thats what it is, a tool.

Good little gadget for low price works good enough but strangely the device is invisible for iOS Bluetooth and only pairs with android systems.Update 2021Worked with Toyota Avensis but with Skoda Superb you get live data for engine revs, temps etc but connection says not connected to ECU. Tried various connection mode still fails.

On android phones work nicely

A pair of pants would be more reliable. It simply refused to pair with any device.

Did the job, no issues. You need to buy an app to read the data.
