The Padgett Group My First 1st Knitting Set Childrens Craft Kit

shes just recently starting doing more arts and crafts at school and has an interest in knitting. This is such a brilliant kit to get someone started - as although I do know how to knit, this is better at teaching than I could. You get a good selection of wool (though i have had to buy more) and the needles are made of good quality. All the instructions are clear and easy to follow. Would recommend to anyone young or old to buy this should they want to learn how to knit.

Teaching a four year old to knit, lovely little set with very clear instructions just a bit disappointed that the kneedles weren’t bigger, they were the perfect length but need to be a bigger diameter.

I am an adult and I actually bought this set for myself as I wanted to learn how to knit via youtube videos and didn't want to spend a lot on products until I had learnt the basics. The instructions given with it are pretty useless, so I recommend either buying it if you're planning to teach someone how to knit or if you are going to watch videos etc. The needles and wool aren't the best quality obviously given the price of the set, but its ample enough material to learn the basics with, and I do recommend this for beginners if you want to use it for a few weeks to learn the basics, and then upgrade to better quality products. I wouldn't recommend it for anything other than a few weeks though as the wool is pretty poor quality and bobbles and separates easily which can be frustrating.

odd coloured needles in box when it arrived. not well finished. when knitting wool must be able to slide of needles. these needles don't do that. have had to buy metal needles, bought this knitting set for my 4 year old granddaughter.

I bought this set for my Granddaughter so I could teach her to knit. She was so pleased with it and managed to get going with her first piece of knitting in the first evening. Was lovely to spend the time with her 1.2.1. Didn't cost the earth for so much pleasure.

Rubbish, worth 99p max. Bought for my granddaughter but ashamed to actually give it to her.

Produit très bas de gamme, les crochet sont en plastique de mauvaise qualité, rugueux donc la laine ne glisse pas. les laines sont de mauvaises qualité, même pas des pelotes mais des bout de laines pas enroulés ! J'ai acheté cet article pour apprendre le tricot à ma fille de 6 ans mais difficile d'apprendre avec des produits si mauvais. J'ai jeté l'emballage sinon j'aurais retourné l'article. Ne vaut pas son prix de plus de 10€.

Les explications en anglais sont de toute façon très sommaires. Heureusement que je sais tricoter et ai pu moi même expliquer à ma petite demoiselle.
