Fabulous - totally non stick
There is nothing to dislike. Fabulous to cook with - great heat distribution. Totally non stick - so easy to clean. Also have the casserole. Delighted with both. And no deteriation after multiple uses of both.

Nice.
Our frying pans are the most abused cookware items we own. The kids (both 20+) seem to think that non stick is a two week sales gimmick and have not quite grasped the relationship of the user and the pan. Well at the moment I can safely say that the shiny non stick surface has remained intact and is laughing at their culinary skills. Long may this continue. Oh and by the way, they wash easily, are light to use and cook so very well.

Great to avoid Teflon!
Work as expected, maybe a bit less easy to clean than Teflon coated pan but much much more resistant to scratches, etc. May be a bit more sticky than Teflon but only if not perfectly clean!! So just need to spend a bit more time cleaning it, as said much more resistant and getting away of Teflon which is not great health-wise.

Wonderful until it wasn't
This pan was absolutely fantastic at first. Incredibly slippery, it made doing French style omelettes so easy. Cleaning was a breeze as nothing stuck to it so only required a quick wash in the sink. After only a couple of months, however, it seemed that the pan was so nonstick that even the nonstick coating wasn't sticking. Despite never being in the dishwasher, with daily use the pan became a burden to use for egg-based dishes as they stuck and was difficult to wash up.Six months in, this is my most hated object in the kitchen and I loathe using it. I feel obligated to continue due to the price but I've reached the end of my tether and will begrudgingly replace it with an alternative. It should have lasted longer than six months.

Environmentally sound and durable? Seems very good so far
I particularly wanted a frying pan for my induction hob which would be truly non-stick and free from the sort of materials which could be harmful to the user and/or the environment from the start or after a period of time. This pan is lightweight, cleans extremely easily (I don't need a dishwasher to do this) and as far as I can judge, fits my needs very well. As for how durable the surface or construction are, it is too early to say, but with attention to implements used in it and the kind of careful storage required with all non-stick finishes, it promises well.

Great pan, I tried Tefal but it does get hot on my Samsung hob
Had a problem with a tefal pan not getting hot, i think this is because the Tefal base is shiny aluminium and reflects the heat back into my Glass hob. I thought I would have to get an Induction hob but this Green pan has a black finish and it heats up much faster and gets much hotter to fry food as a wok or pan should. The non stick surface is more like enamel so less worried about scratching it compared to the tefal plastic.

I wanted to like it
I am very concerned about PTFE pollution and I really wanted to try these.Eighteen months on: The smaller size has been good. However, the non-stick, especially of the larger one, is just not as good as PTFE/Teflon. I would say it isnโt suitable for frying above a medium heat and you have to be careful if you add liquid to make a sauce. Also, rust spots are coming through the base.Perhaps it is not comparing like with like - these are an eco product and PTFE is horrid, but Iโm guessing that others will be making the same transition I have been. I would recommend the small pan, but not the large one. I expect this is down to the different uses one tends to put the different sizes to, I imagine they are made the same way.

Good little frying pan
I have had this pan about 3 months now and use it a couple times a week and it is still as good as new. I donโt put it in the dishwasher even though it says you can. I wash it by hand and treat it carefully and so far it has stayed non stick. I would definitely recommend it.
