**Q: what age is this suitable for?**
A: Hi, Santa is bringing this for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas - she is very tall for her age but should last her a while to perfect the technique of cartwheels on the beam!! Hope this helps!

**Q: Can I do aerials on this beam**
A: My 10 yr old does cartwheels and round offs on it if that helps. It's fairly sturdy, but length may be an issue if you are tall or adult.

**Q: Is this suitable for use on laminate floors?**
A: Yes I always used ours on laminate they are quite sturdy actually.
