Can this be used in the shower?

I specifically bought this for the bath. There is an Oilatum Shower Gel which I have used and highly recommend. It is a little expensive but it's a good product

Thanks for your question. Please find that Oilatum Bath Formula contains light liquid paraffin as the active ingredient. This product is indicated in the treatment of contact dermatitis, atopic dermatitis, senile pruritus, ichthyosis and related dry skin conditions. Light liquid paraffin exerts an emollient effect by forming an occlusive oil film on the stratum corneum. This prevents excessive evaporation of water from the skin surface and aids in the prevention of dryness. Whereas, the active ingredients in Oilatum Plus are light liquid paraffin (emollient), benzalkonium chloride (antiseptic and disinfectant) and triclosan (antiseptic). Oilatum Plus is intended for the preventive treatment of eczemas at risk from infection. We advise that you consult with a healthcare professional before starting any treatment. Local pharmacist or GP are best suited to recommend products and their administration specifically for the condition.
