If it wasn’t for my injury waking me up in the night in pain, I would be even happier, but that’s not the fault of these, it’s my injury. I generally like Reflex as a brand, so many zma products went up in price but this has stayed consistent. When you take a lot of zinc it’s also good to balance your copper- this has copper included! Been taking this before bed for ages, got it on subscribe and save! Recommend it.

Great product, unfortunately I ordered 3 bottles and they all arrived with opened capsules inside, so each bottle was full of white powder from the open capsules.
