Full of well illustrated, easy to follow diagrams of all the reiki hand positions and symbols and well explained. I have only read upto the 1st degree as I didn't want to overwhelm myself with too much information even before I had been attuned to 1st degree. I even prefer this books hand positions and procedures to my own reiki masters tuition manual on completing my attunement. You will not be disappointed with this book.
