MuscleTech Burn iQ Smart Thermo Supplement Fueled with Paraxanthine Enhanced Energy & Cognition for Men and Women 100 Count

I bought this because of the paraxanthine in it, which is the main metabolite of caffeine that is just as effective at making you awake, energetic, and motivated but with little to no jitters, anxiety, and heart palpitations. It also doesn't really disrupt my sleep and I don't think I develop much dependence or tolerance to it. It also has little to no withdrawal symptoms. I tried it out, and it was better than I expected. The other stuff in it is also great and all of it seems to be safely dosed. It is a great product and I really like it. Try it out and support this product so they keep making it because this is great! I'm a supplement nut and I've tried so many things before, but this is like a holy grail.

i never believed in taking supplements for focus. however, my personal trainer recommended these to help me cut down on my coffee intake. it gives me a steady energy and truly helps me focus at work! sometimes i am stuck in one excel spreadsheet all day, and this honestly helps me focus on my projects with hyper intensity. i don’t get distracted and i never experience an energy crash after words . i wish they were cheaper, but they are worth the money for sure

May be a little extra energy, but definitely have not noticed any difference in pant size. Tried this in combination to exercise and diet. I don’t think these pills do much. Do not recommend.

This gives the best energy without any jitters. I take 1-2 all through out the day, that 2 o’clock slump is gone almost instantly. Has not affected my sleep one bit. I am on bottle 2 my first bottle I shared with the nurses I work with so it went rather fast . Now there are 4-5 bottles of this stuff at the nurses station as everyone is sold. It doesn’t not effect cognition, in fact our sassy wit has improved as well as our patient care. With caffeine the withdrawal made some irritable, you do not get that with this product .

This product promises a lot but delivers very little. They claim it helps burn fat and boost energy during workouts, but I only felt that effect the first or second time I took it. After that, it felt pretty much normal. It’s also very expensive and doesn’t live up to its claims. I kept it for a year, never used it, and eventually threw it away.

I am not sure what the appeal for this product is. I followed the directions by starting off using one capsule initially, then up to 3 capsules prior to work out. I felt nothing, Did not give me energy, did not give me focus. I felt nothing different. Maybe it is just me, but I think it is a waste of money. On the plus side, These are easy to swallow and there are no bad smells or tastes. The only reason it is getting two stars is for the thiamine and vitamin b this product contains.

I like to take these before work out and it gives you the fuel to jump start your engine. The taste is mild and rather acceptable when comparing to similar products. I enjoy taking these with some milk based beverage to cover up the ingredient taste and smell. It works well with most beverages and just depends on personal preference. The results are quite impressive and you can certainly feel the energy and burn throughout the work out. Recommended time frame for me personally is about an hour an half and reaching max at about 45 mins in.
