Great Oven
Quality product! Make great crispy/chewy pizza in 3.5 minutes! Love it!!

Poor quality control and poor customer service
I had to return the unit due to a defective part. The two metal stone support brackets have screw holes that are supposed to be threaded. The holes on one end of one of one support bracket were not threaded, making it impossible to tighten the tapping screws and tightly assemble the unit. II contacted customer service support and spoke to a very rude customer service rep who acted annoyed at having to actually deal with a product problem. After requiring me to send in my purchase receipts and other information, she then sent an email stating that because the seller is a Canadian company and the unit is manufactured in China, replacement parts could not be provided to a US customer. What?? She recommended that I just return the unit. I really want a grill top pizza oven but am reluctant to try another BakeStone due to an obvious quality control deficiency / poor build quality, and very poor customer service. I’m now looking at other companies / options.

Makes awesome pizzas!
bought this for my son for Christmas since he is a pizza fanatic but is not a cook, however he has made pizzas a few times since Christmas and they have been awesome. Thinking he should open up a pizzeria!

Generally, I like it
I generally like it, but it does take a really long time to warm up, and then a really long time to cool down. Fresh dough didn’t work for me, but I think that’s more “User Error” on my part. I’ll keep using it, but it doesn’t WOW me.

Space Saver
Assembled in 20 minutes. Great packaging. Needed an oven and didn't have space for a separate stand. Fit perfectly on our gas grill. Took about 30 minutes to reach ~650°. This was the first day so I'll post back after a few months. First impressions are excellent. Directions recommend a metal pizza peel for pizza removal. It's the only item not included but the three included pieces (wood peel, cutting wheel, and turner) included in the box are good quality.
