I got this Dog Car Seat for my newly rescued 15.5-year-old dog, Oliver, who has major anxiety in the car. He tends to go into panic, yipping, and crying non-stop during rides, so I was hoping this seat would help him feel more secure. The seat itself is very sturdy and easy to assemble. My dog weighs 18 lbs, and he had plenty of room to lay down if he wanted. It secures nicely with the seat belt, and there’s an extra strap to go around the headrest as well as a tether to connect to your dog’s collar so they can’t jump out. Everything about it feels solid and safe. Unfortunately, in Oliver’s case, it didn’t reduce his anxiety and actually made him more agitated. This is absolutely not a fault of the product—it’s just that he’s a very senior dog recovering from physical abuse, starvation, and neglect. I can see how this car seat would be incredibly useful for most dogs, and I think it’s designed very thoughtfully to help pets feel safe on road trips. Five stars for quality, design, and safety features—I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with a dog who enjoys or tolerates car rides!

Looks good, easy to install in your car, easy to remove, keeps active dogs safer and they can’t interfere with safe driving. I have a VERY active 15 lb poodle mix. 2 years old, so a bundle of energy. Before using the seat, she was all over the car, messing up the windows, even stepped on the window button and opened the window. I do use the seat tether strap attached to her walk harness & it works GREAT. Once she figured out she had somewhat limited movement, she settled down, relaxed, loved looking out the windows & I, the driver relaxed too. Great product.

When our dog was young he had a tendency to get car sick from laying on a back seat blanket (tethered of course). At the time I owned s large pick-up so we found a somewhat large car seat that was elevated so he could look out the front and side windows. However, when I bought a midsize suv that car seat was much too big to fit on just one seat and this replacement has been perfect for him. It's not as roomy as he had before, but he can still easily turn around and lay comfortably while we travel. The riser cushion is super comfy for him and the adjustable tethers are a great safety factor.

My dog loves this little seat! It's comfortable and he sits or lays down in it easily. I like that it has the safety leash just in case. Easy to put together, plush, and easy to install.

This is the perfect dog seat for the car! It is very nice quality, well made, and looks nice. I recently adopted a puppy and he is around 10lbs. He constantly wants to be in my lap while driving which I just don't feel safe with. Until he is trained, this seat allows him to be next to me but also strapped in so he can't jump over to me which is amazing. The strap that attaches to his harness is adjustable in length which is very convenient. The padding is nice and soft but it is sort of thin, so I keep a blanket in it for him to curl up with. He is always so comfy and falls asleep once I start driving. I also like how easy it is to take in and out if I have a passenger. I can quickly switch it to a different seat without a problem or fold it down when not needed. I would definitely reccomend this for a small dog.

So unfortunately I am the type of parent to buy a car seat for my cat. She loves it. I bought her a harness and I just strap her into the car seat and we go on coffee dates together. I love it!! And she can’t really climb out or scratch up my seats which is wonderful. I definitely recommend. Also she’s a ragdoll that’s about 20 lbs, she fits perfectly fine with enough room to crawl around.

I recommend! I was very picky when it came to finding the proper car seat for my fur baby. I have a pug, as seen in the pictures, who weighs about 20 lbs. I ordered a purple car seat with the white Sherpa inferior. Despite park trips, the Sherpa has remained white. Easy to assemble and no issues. Keeps my dog safe!

I love it! I feel so much better now that my sweet dog is safe and secure in her seat. It fits perfectly in my car and I think that my dog actually enjoys the extra security too.

What a great little car seat for my puppy. It fit perfectly on the seat and there are three safety measures. It attaches to the head rest, there is also teo spaces to attach the seat belt to the car sear and then theres the clip inside the seat to attach your dog so they dont jump out. Folds up nicely. Highly recommend it!! I have a chihuahua, Its the perfect size for her.
