Can anyone confirm if this is tested on animals (cruelty free) or have any animal derivatives? Vegan?

I have been using this for about 2 yrs now and when I 1st bought it I looked it up and it stated not tested on animals. I have not checked again since my 1st purchase.

I have thick hair but a friend of mine has fine hair and recommends small applications. However, neither one of us has experienced flaking. I've been using this for years and wouldn't change unless they stop trading.
