What I liked about the product was that it was very bright and you have the ability to change the programs and text to get it the way that you want it. What I didn't like about the product was that the instructions were somewhat difficult to navigate but once you got it it was easy to program program. Also I was missing the chain to hold the light up so if you're looking for it to go against your Shop window looking outside you're gonna need glass suction or sticker hooks that can hold at least 7 pounds each. I found hooks that can attach to the glass and hold up to 22 pounds each and this does work for the sign. For the program, if you have an android phone the 1st thing you'll have to do is to go into your apps and allow for unknown apps to be installed. Operiod once installed you'll need to go to your Wi-Fi select the FK LED Wi-Fi that's listed on your phone and then go back to the application. Once at the application at the top right hand corner there should be a button to search for signs, pick your sign and then you should be able to See the programs pop up.. Do not try to alter too much of it I would just go to the lettering and type in what you want to say keeping the programs just as they were. Things like color and size of the font you can change, you can add or delete dates and times those are easy enough to be changed anything else I would be wary of because once it's deleted you can't get it back and if you're not into coding or high technical things you may get lost and become frustrated. Overall for the money as long as the LED light continues to work I would say that this is a great item for a shop to advertise especially in places where they won't allow you to have signs or flags Outside the building.

It took me two or three days to figure out how to work the unit. But now it's connected to my phone and works just great they gave several instructions I'm just not the brightest bulb the day I called for help I finally figured it out works great

I bought two of these items from this same vendor. Both items would not come on / when tried to turn on it said I must change the password to continue. I changed the password as requested and it fried both of them could not get back into the settings and could not get either sign to work. The company was nice enough to refund me for one of the signs but pretty much told me I am SOL on the second one. Please do not buy this item there is no customer service to reset if you get the same error as I did.

I finally got the software to download. Click on the link that's in the .doc file in the USB memory stick that comes with it. I had to try to download the software several times before it downloaded. But, it finally downloaded and installed successfully. From there, it's a matter of learning the software. It's not bad after you get the hang of it. Like any new software, take it step by step. After downloading the software, go back to the paper instructions and follow them slowly, step by step (there's really only a few simple steps). Tip 1: When you originally pull the "Programs" that are in the sign into your programming software via your WIFI connection, keep them in your Program software as examples to learn from or to copy and revise to your liking. In other words, don't erase them. You can merely un-check them so they don't upload to the sign. Tip 2: The software includes optional timing controls. For example, you can set it to AUTOMATICALLY show "Open" (or, whatever you want displayed) during your open hours and "Closed" when you are closed. You can set as many day / time changing messages as you want. The sign is everything I hoped it would be. It is big, bright, fun, colorful and informative. The programmable auto-changing feature was a big surprise and very useful. I am very happy I kept it. =============== This was my initial review: As others reported, the software wouldn't download by phone or PC. A couple frustrating hours spent on it. Nothing. Argh. ===============

Admittedly, I have an extensive background with LED signage, but I found this product super easy to use. It does require a closed network to set up, so get a cheap $20 router to use for programming. Much better than the hours you'll spend with the USB. As for programming the sign, the software is easy as well. I was able to set up a 5 message display with text, photo, and animation within a couple hours. Best of luck. Enjoy!!!

Struggling to make it work. Followed the instructions but still didnt work yet!!

I own a retail store that I have had for 30 years in the same location. Since putting the sign in the window, I have had countless new customers come in and tell me that they never knew I was here! Great product!
