I like the way they're so easy to use. They're essential to me, every day. I have 3 in my home, everywhere. Remember to wash your back, knee, wrist with a flannel and water every 2 days or so. Just a good idea, that's all.

This is one of the few products that really work as per the pain relief says on label.only one drawback is not many treatments per glide .

Good product and gives relief

I was hoping it would be a lot cooler for my back pain, I needed something more effective .

Been trying to get these in local shops, but always ended up with the tube gel, which is fantastic but always (unless using rubber gloves) gets on your fingers and takes so getting off. Used up all stocks and was so pleased to see these, very reasonably priced on Amazon, immediately bought them. Arrived next day and was in use by the evening for a muscle pain in my arm. So easy to apply, rolls really easily, covers a large area quickly and evenly, goes on so well. Then releif as we expect from Deep Freeze very very quickly. This is a superb idea and nicely put togther.. nice one thanks Deep Freeze.

Da ich im Besitz von der Variante in rot war(vorsichtig auftragen,es wird ordentlich heiß 🔥)bin ich mega enttäuscht von der blauen Variante. Gerade zur Linderung bei Schellungen bringt das Auftragen rein gar nichts. Musste dann doch auf das ICE Kissen zurückgreifen.

I use Deep Freeze spray, and it works great. I decided to try the gel. I wasted my money. It doesn't work at all! Plus, it's too expensive for the small amount in the bottle. I don't recommend it; it doesn't relieve the pain at all.
