I didn’t know it when I installed this but I was about to discover how romantic a fireplace is. I never thought this would happen to me but when it did I had to write. She was beautiful in every way. With the fireplace on the room was not the only thing to get hot. When she signed off on my work and bent over backwards to give me a tip.

Initially, I received the wrong part, but the seller quickly resolved the issue and sent the correct one without any hassle. Their communication was prompt and professional, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into making things right. The correct part arrived quickly and fits perfectly. I have always wanted a fireplace tv stand and I love everything about this one. The price, color and design are great. It has multiple settings for the flame color and it works great as a heater to heat up your living room. It was easy to put together as well. Would definitely recommend this item.

I gave it a 4 star because now that it's together it's super pretty but it was hard to get it to this point. This is not easy to put together partly because of the cheap fake wood they use. We will not be able to move this thing without it breaking. I really expected better quality for how much I paid. The fire place piece is super nice and it has great colors. Also don't follow the instructions on how to put the LEDs ...they tell you to put them on the back of the fire place. You need to feed them through the holes on either cabinet space and stick it to the top for the LEDs to shine on the cabinet space. Not the back of the fireplace. The heat works and only two parts of the wood was damaged in transit. We of course didn't see that until we were half way done so we will live with it. Still disappointed for the quality.

I am very pleased with this purchase! I chose the Distressed White finish and love how the piece still leaves my small space feeling open and not over crowded. I was concerned about the logs and fireplace looking too fake, but was pleasantly surprised with the look! Already getting compliments from friends and family on this piece. It took my boyfriend at least 5 hours to assemble, but in fairness, we were drinking.

I don’t normally post reviews but I was so pleased with this purchase I made an exception. Not only is it a high quality piece of furniture but the fireplace insert is top notch with loads of display options. Finally it was very easy to assemble as directions were easily understood and executed.

This is my favorite piece of furniture! It’s so beautiful and looks way more expensive than what I paid for it. My only complaint is there is a small defect on the top that I didn’t realize was there until it was put together. I can’t hide it but I’ve learned to accept it.

The media could not be loaded. After a few weeks of owning this piece of furniture with a 3D fireplace.... seems to be doing great. We bought the largest one because we have an 85" TV. The delivery came sooner than expected. However, when we unpacked all the pieces we noticed a few had damage. Unfortunately the damage was on the outer sides where they can be seen. We contacted the seller through Amazon and they were very responsive and rectified the issue. Thank you seller.We knew putting this unit together was going to take some time, after reading some reviews.We started at 12:30 p.m. and finished at 8:30 p.m. Yes, it took us 8 hours. I (the husband) am pretty good with tools and putting things together. My wife is the best assistant. And it still took us that long. The instructions are great. There's just a lot to do. Again this is the largest size. There was a lot of packaging material to throw away too. We had to take a trip to the trash dump.Our overall review; this item is a very good solid piece of furniture that looks great and it does the job. The ONLY reason we gave it 4 stars was due to the damage it had. However, the seller was very responsive and helped us out. I would recommend this item for someone that is looking for an ideal wall electric fireplace.
