It took me a short while to work out from the instructions where to insert the rods to hold the netting up but I got there eventually. You have to thread through the material section that hangs and then attach to the other section and attach through two metal rings. I'm not sure if I tied it through the rings as I should have done but it stayed put so that's the main thing. I like that its portable and convenient to take anywhere with you so good for taking to the park, beach as well as using in the garden. It comes with four metal pegs to hold it down when windy. It is a good size when up and the netting is bright yellow so stands out well. I did notice a few loose threads but these were easily cut off and did not affect the performance of the goal. You can use it as a goal or turn it around and use it for target practice - my younger children like this area as they can put balls through. When finished with it I managed to fold it back down and fit in its bag and it takes up no space at all which is great. Overall this is a good entertainment for children of all ages and as its compact and portable can be used anywhere so a good buy.
