First of all this is very cheaply priced compared to similar pullup bars. You can expand/shorten it by simply screwing/unscrewing it to fit your door frame. The bar feels solid and has practically no budge when tightened. The installation requires drilling into your door frame, and quite a bit of screwing in. You may get tired if you are using a screwdriver. Instructions are on the box. It isnt the easiest to understand but it does the job One thing to note is that you are limited to a shorter grip due to how wide the cushioning on the bar reaches. You can still hold the bare metal parts of the bar, but your fingers may hurt a little after a while. This bar is overall a great option if you are on a budget and want something which you can set and forget

Product is fine,it’s the Evri delivery I have problem with,notification states ‘handed to customer’ when in reality it was left outside my building in the street if I knew this company used Evri to deliver I would never have bought it

Rubbish my 8 year old son. Fell and it came off the doorway even though it was fitted properly

Worked well for 5 months then broke forcing me to hit it out of the doorframe with a large hammer! You get what you pay for .
