I’ve been taking these through out my pregnancy, I was trying to find something that contained natural ingredients with out the bulking and caking agents. I did buy those Pregnacare ones at the beginning and heard not great things about them as they are full of nasties. So I found these and can’t praise them enough. Yes your paying for what you buy but I haven't even had the common cold with taking these and have been in good health through out my pregnancy. You can also take these postpartum apparently which I plan on doing because I don’t want to have to find another brand for breastfeeding / postpartum health. I did take the Vital DHA - along side it as you need omega 3 WITH OUT vitamin A again can take postpartum.

I feel like this product needs another good review as it is a very good product! I took these in my first pregnancy and had a very happy pregnancy and have a healthy two year old girl now. I feel confident taking these again that I am using a good natural product, and although they are expensive, they are not as expensive as some and I think you pay for what you get. As for one bad review stating it doesn't contain DHA, this is an omega 3 fatty acid that is usually found in fish oils which you can take separately. I think usually you would need to take this separately anyway and is important in pregnancy. You need to make sure any oils are pregnancy safe though as normal cheaper cod liver oil contains vitamin A which you should avoid in pregnancy.

I started taking these 6 months before conception and am now 5 months pregnant. I love these tablets because I have no sickness or side effects. I am also vegan and my blood results including iron are all within normal range and I put that down to these tablets. Easy to swallow and don’t smell much. Wouldn’t take anything else.

Great pregnancy vitamins. I’m taking this brand for the first time and actually feel a difference in myself, however, the taste is horrid. You can quite literally taste the smell and it’s extremely unpleasant.

These are the best in my opinion. I have tried many of their products also on my previous pregnancy. I wouldn’t take any of the traditional supplements from chemist anyway. Worth to pay some extra monies and get quality. No Vit E no unnecessary bulking agents are nasty ingredients that all have on the market.

At the recommendation of a pregnancy nutritionist I took these for my first pregnancy (no complications) and now taking them for my second. Yes they're more expensive than other brands but it's totally worth it considering the importance of health! I'm pretty sure I only took 1tab at a time a few years back and the size back then did make me gag and they smelt vile but now that they've made the tabs smaller (so now 2tabs per serving) they're much easier to swallow (haven't noticed the smell this time round either). Hoping this pregnancy will be as easy as my first. Super fast delivery. Highly recommend.
