Jungle Snakes and Ladders Mini Game, Small and Compact, Travel Game, Perfect for Children Age 4-7, Travel Game

I did not realise that the board was a jigsaw. My 2 and a half year old loves to put it together. It comes with four coloured counters and a dice. We bought this for a great price and it is a small box so fits in changing bags/ toddler backpacks well so would be useful for if going out for dinner, trips etc. I wish the dice was bigger so my son could count the dots easier but they can easily be sourced.

Didn't think the quality would be that good but good quality set. Comes as easy to put together jigsaw and then away you go. Nice compact box perfect for traveling with. Good potential gift as well and fits through postbox if you don't over pad it

Fun for kids

Very neat item, I purchased this for my grandson who I have visit very often, space is at a premium in my home therefore I was very pleased that this can be made up as a jigsaw, played with as snakes and ladders and disassembled to be put back in the neat box for another occasion. Good product, colourful and as ever snakes and ladders have stood the course of time.

I nearly didn't buy this for my 5 year old after some reviews saying it was too young for their 3 and 4 year olds. At 3, my daughter wasn't interested in snakes and ladders and after disinterest, several failed attempts and boxes often being emptied randomly, I sent all ours to the charity shop. Now she is a bit older and really been enjoying other Orchard Toys games and puzzles for a while, I realised we needed a classic snakes and ladders game back in our collection. The box guide of 4-7 I think is accurate for most children. I was torn between this being from a brand I trust and a more traditional version, but the puzzle board was the winning aspect in the end, for added fun and storage purposes. My daughters year 1 teacher recommended puzzles with 100 squares in to help with maths but the shorter game appealed to me, knowing my daughter struggles with concentration, (and likewise that it would be an endurance for me) and I'm really glad we got this one because we've managed to play it before school a lot of mornings, and believe me, time is at a premium in the mornings in our house. The 50 square board takes just under 10 minutes to play for us. Probably less with calmer children who don't get over excited with the die and have to do victory circuits round the room for scoring ladders. Negatives-the box is much less sturdy than our other Orchard Toys boxes, even the smaller things we have. My toddler savaged it within 5 minutes of us receiving it. This isn't a problem at all for us, because I prefer to keep all puzzles and games in popper wallets to take up less space, but worth mentioning since some customers might buy it for travel. The die is pretty small, but we have our own chunky one we use with it.

Really like this game of snakes and ladders. Bought for my 4 year old for her birthday and she loves it. She has to piece together the puzzle pieces to create the playing board. Quite tricky to see which direction to move the counters in mid-game but overall a great game and good for all the family to play.

Great little game of snakes & ladders, which doesn’t take up a lot of room. Bought for my 4yr grandson, only problem he doesn’t like losing, so cheats. Hopefully, he’ll learn.

Good sturdy product but for the price I was disappointed in the size. It is tiny! The box is as small as my hand and the game which is a puzzle of 6/8 pieces and 4 cardboard counters is the size of a4 paper sheet. Good game but not for price.
