Only taken for a few days so can't really say if they are going to be as effective as last time I used them

I only started taking this weightloss supplement 3 days ago. My weight gain comes from my love of chocolate, cakes and i know I am taking in too many carbs. My stomach was so bloated and all my weight gain seems to be on my stomach due to my sugar and carb intake. 3 days on my stomach is not bloated, my digestion is so much more comfortable, I definitely look thinner even my daughter noticed this last night. This is my first foray into white kidney bean extract, I hadn’t heard of it before seeing these, so I did my due diligence and learnt more about their benefits. The tablet is a pressed powder tablet, the ingredients listed are bulking agent, white kidney bean extract, and anti caking agent. The best before date is May 2027 and it does have a batch number. Both husband and I started taking these four days ago, and we took them after our main meal late afternoon. I will admit there is no taste to these tablets, and they are easy to take. Just before bed time I noticed my stomach felt gaseous. Husband felt the same. This is unusual for me (not for him ) as I don’t tend to suffer from gas problems at all. Anyway. I will say that for the first and subsequent nights after taking these tablets, both of us are able to constantly and consistently expel gas in a way a brass band would be proud, whether it is morning, noon or indeed night, we are both very very very gassy. The only other thing I have noticed is I am hungry much more often. I am eating every two hours and my husband has labelled me a dustbin.
