The container is almost perfect. It may be unclear from the listing whether each compartment is isolated. They aren't. The extensions increase the overall size of the container—not great if you want to separate the pills by type, day, etc.

Seems really good. I bought it hoping to keep aspirin along with Benadryl in it for emergencies. Doesn’t fit the Bayer aspirin I use. Benadryl fits no problem I’m sure. I didn’t try it but Benadryl is super small long skinny pills. Aspirin might fit broken in quarters possibly even in half but i decided to return it and get something bigger. Seeing it in person tho it seems high quality.
