Tonnes of heavy bag, sparing, pads, etc. Good support, good cushioning, awesome style, and great build quality. They were very kind when I spoke with them, 11/10 for the customer service! They were professional, but equally as friendly, which I really appreciate, picture it like coffee with brown sugar (don't ask, I'm weird).The gloves look awesome, great design, they seem really good quality and look like they will last a while. I'll try to remember to give an update in a few months to see how they are, but I imagine it will last much longer than you'd expect for the price. Will update soon.Edit 1: These gloves are good for the heavy bag and some defence drills/limited sparring with a partner, but these gloves are ROCK HARD. I'd have thought sparring gloves, especially 16oz would be a bit softer, as when sparring, the aim is not to hurt your opponent. These gloves are good for beginners though, as beginners for the first 6 months aren't going to be doing any sparring, save maybe some limited combinations and limited power.
