Let's be honest, you don't buy an air freshener called 'Sex Wax' for its subtlety. I hung one from my rearview mirror and my little Ford Fiesta was instantly transformed. Not by the scent, which is a delightful, summery strawberry whiff that reminds you of school fetes and Wimbledon. No, it was transformed into a mobile interrogation chamber.The first victim was my own mother. She got in the car, buckled up, and then froze. Her eyes narrowed. "What," she asked, with a tone one usually reserves for discovering a dead badger in the kitchen, "is that?" Explaining the storied history of a Californian surfboard wax brand to a 65-year-old woman from Evesham, while the car smells like a fruit pastille, is a unique circle of hell I now know intimately.Then I gave my mate Dave a lift. He just burst out laughing and said, "Legend." So, it's a fantastic social litmus test.Five stars. It's a brilliant air freshener that performs two jobs: 1) Makes your car smell lovely and not of old crisps and regret. 2) Instantly tells you which of your passengers has a sense of humour. Buy it. The strawberry scent is lovely, but the awkward conversations are priceless.

Smells great and dangles nicely on the mirror. Only reason it’s a star short is the smell doesn’t last long compared to the older versions I’ve had in the past.

Good price, the product is always great. These air fresheners smell just like their board wax. I use them in wardrobes and lockers for freshness as well as in my car. They last a long time before needing to be replaced! I would recommend.

Lovely scent, people always comment when they get in my car! Myself I couldn’t smell it after about 4 days but others could.

I was willing to pay a little more money for what I was hoping to be a more superior product than the £1.50 fragrances I can get from the local supermarket.I wasted my money.Very little smell comes off 'them' (I bought two). Even using both of these car freshners hanging from my rear view mirror, it's very difficult to get any smell from them.Normally, I would return any faulty product for a refund, but on this occasion I thought that I'm not going to waste my time for the £6+ I paid, but I have learnt my lesson and I definitely will not be ordering any more.

It is advertised as a pack of 4, both above the image and in the item description. Only one is sent, it's a good air freshener but misleading listing.
