There's a table giving you the freeze point you want protection for, and the correct dilution level to achieve it. e.g. for up to -18C it's a 1:2 dilution (1 part prestone to 2 parts water); for -27C it's 1:1.5 (1 part prestone to 1.5 parts water), and so on. Two parts prestone to 1 part water will give you protection up to -64C.
