Same as my dentists
Same toothbrush my dentist gives out, the head size is nice and soft. Small enough to fit in the back of your mouth if you have wisdom teeth still so cleaning ability is superb. Quality and functionality is excellent.

I thought they were extra soft brushed. After many uses they do become softer. Dentist recommended but not the same

Difficult to Find I love these
I love these toothbrushes. As someone with sensitive gums and a small mouth these work perfectly for me. Even the regular soft toothbrushes can be too harsh for my gums and cause bleeding. I got my first Ultra Soft Compact Head Colgate toothbrush from my Dentist in the little take home kit you get after a cleaning. I immediately went to Amazon and bought a bunch of these. You can't find these in my local store.

The perfect soft toothbrush
I was given these by my dentist and thought they would be just ok but after using them I have replaced all my other fancier shaped toothbrushes with this. It does not make my gums bleed and it cleans my teeth very well, even better than my electric toothbrush. This head and brush is small and soft enough to get into all the small crevices. My teeth feels very clean afterwards and my gums do not bleed afterwards. Perfect!
