this quinoa is excelent and soo easy to prepare. i whish i got this item long time ago as is very good quality and people life much more longer happier lifes when eating this particular type of grain.this item gives longevility when cooked whith harmony following the bag tips.l people from peru must be very happy and proud for producing this superexcellent health product.

Disappointing! Very soggy after cooking.
I've been using quinoa from M&S which is lovely but not organic so I bought this quinoa because I wanted to go organic. I am quite disappointed with the consistency of the cooked quinoa - even if cooked just for around 10 minutes it still retains a lot of water so it becomes really wet and soggy even though it's not really cooked. If I leave it to cook for longer it starts getting quite mushy and soggy.
